Worst machine ever

This machine is terrible. We have had Nespresso machines for years, and this is by far the worst. Constant problems... hours on the phone with customer support. Trying to get it replaced for our old model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Do not recommend

I’m on my second Vertuo Next and while I love the coffee, the machine has stopped working just as the first one did. In addition to many other small issues - just like my first! Nothing (including factory reset) will get the coffee to brew again. Do not recommend this machine!

So disappointed!

I bought this about a year ago, used it 3-4 times a week at my office, six months in it just stopped working. I looked at the manual, YouTubed a remedy. Nothing worked. It’s in a box collecting dust. I’m back to my old coffee pot.

Would not recommend

I was initially excited to upgrade my coffee experience. Sadly, my machine just completely stopped working. I attempted all the different troubleshooting instructions. Nothing works. It will now be thrown out. The machine was used lightly, and only a few times throughout the week, so I expected it to last me more than a little over a year. I am now stuck with a ton of pods. I recommend looking at other coffee machines or sticking to the simple brewing ones.

Disappointment in a Cup

I love Nespresso coffee, but the Vertuo Next is not a good machine. My first one was so loud I compared it to a plane taking off. Nespresso was kind of enough to replace that one, but now the replacement stopped working. I pressed start one morning and it wouldn’t work. We did the regular troubleshooting and they said it’s a device issue. This has all happened in under 3 years, too. So disappointing!

Not good cheaply made

This machine stood out for me among the other models. Speaking about the functionality it’s a piece of crap. Nespresso coffee is delicious and expensive comparing to their coffee machines. My machine broke again for the third time. Actually this was my 3rd machine of the same model that always had the same error, blinking orange twice as it could not read the capsule. This is my last time with nespresso as I wil not pay for the repair nor buy another of those. InsteadI will be upgrading to something more expensive…

Good coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently upgraded from a keurig and my husband loves this I bought it for him it was a little confusing setting up and it’s pretty loud but other than that makes good coffee. Also the design where the cable is located is a little inconvenient, you have the option to have the water tank to the side or back but when you move it to the side it pushes the cord to the front which I though was a little weird
