Easy to use and fun to pick your next flavor.

I've had this for about a week and I am loving everything about it. It is easy to use, the quality is more than I was expecting (due to other brands that use plastic coffee pods... will never revert to that again). I was super happy that it came with a brother and it works amazing. The first cup of espresso was a success and it was so easy. Making others drinks is also just as easy. My whole experience has been very positive and I ordered the capsules and recycling bag and the process was super smooth. I would rather invest in this than keep buying coffee everyday in the coffee shop. I think the taste is just a good. I love that it is automatic when lifting the lid when you go to put the capsule in and as it lifts up, you hear a "plink" which is the previous capsule being lifted out and sent to the used capsule deposit area behind it. It holds quite a few of them before you have to empty it. It did get a bit clogged with a couple of capsules blocking the chute , but it was an easy fix and it only happened once. It's not a big deal to me. The capsules are clean and I look forward to recycling them.

I spent an hour trying to clean my machine

I just got this for a gift and I read the instructions from front to back which was very confusing and didn’t tell me how to correctly clean my machine. I used a QR code for video help but in the 4:10 video it never showed my actual espresso machine. I tried googling the steps to clean my nespresso vertuo plus D but it came up with 10 different espresso machines but had nothing on the one I was gifted. I just wish for further users that they can figure it out more simply. Unlike my dumb butt

Please note: the cleaning instructions and descaling instructions are identical for our VertuoPlus C-Range and D-Range machines. We recommend cleaning your machine weekly and descaling your machine every three months.

Broke after a month

After having the machine for a month, it would not brew because it would “overheat”. I only brew one cup a day so it’s not like I’m overusing the machine. I did Troubleshooting through the live chat and it fixed it for now, but we will see if it lasts. I’ve seen other people have this problem as well. If nespresso is going to charge this much for a machine, they should at least make sure it’s going to last longer than a month!!

Love my Nespresso

Stopped working after 6 months

I bought this machine and within 6 months it no longer worked. It would not make coffee and leaked from somewhere inside. I would give it 0 stars if possible. I spent so much time going through all the online troubleshooting. Descaling, factory resets, etc. and nothing worked.
