Leaking everywhere after 3 days of usage.

I was super excited to get my first Nespresso machine after hearing everyone rave about it. It worked fine for the first day then the next three days, I wake up to find my counter covered in water leaking from the machine. When i went to move the machine to clean up the mess, water was streaming out of the machine making an even bigger mess. Not to mention twice, the light on top of the machine kept blinking green and will not brew any coffee. It then took another 10 minutes fidgeting around before it would brew a cup. Honestly, for the price, I was hoping for better quality than this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn’t work most of the time

I’ve had this machine exactly a year. Within the first month I started having trouble with it not working properly. The machine locks up and will not open, put in a 7oz pod but brews 32oz! Sent it in for repair and the issue continues. They did not fix it. Called to ask for a replacement and keep getting told to continue sending it in. I didn’t purchase this just to keep sending it back in for repair! I obviously have a lemon but instead of anyone admitting it and just replacing like they should, it just sits on my counter top taking up space. Complete waste of money!!

Don’t buy it!!

I’ve had this machine for a year now. The very first time using it out of the box it gave an error message that I had to troubleshoot. Since then it works on the first attempt maybe 1/10 times. It’s honestly made my morning coffee the most stressful part of my day. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

Don’t Expect it to Work Very Long

This machine quit working within 6 months of buying it. My wife and I left our Keurig out beside it and only used it when we wanted a special cup of coffee because the pods you have to buy for it are so expensive. The coffee is fantastic but the machine is garbage. I wish I’d read all the reviews before purchasing. Do yourself a favor a buy a legit machine that does it all. You will save money in the long run.

Delicious coffee / disposable machine

I have owned 2 of this machine. It clogs and leaks after about a year. I replaced it thinking “maybe I could have cleaned it more frequently”? Second machine I kept pristine. Same issue after about a year.
I guarantee when your vertuo fails it will be right after you buy a case of pods.

Started leaking water within 3 days.

I got this machine delivered on Friday, used it two times over the weekend and on Sunday the water started leaking from under the machine not near the water tank… under the machine. I tried making a cup of coffee just to see what would happen (&tbh because I needed coffee) & the water just started to leak faster.
I called customer service and they’re replacing it, will update my review then.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Why do many “free product “ reviews at top?

I love It but am wondering why so many of the reviews say it was a “free product”. That doesn’t seem fair and I would also think this would lead to biased reviews. How do I get on the “free machine in return for a review” bandwagon?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Was good until it wasn’t

Bought this machine 7/1/24
Returning it today, 7/28/24
It was great until it wasn’t. Quit working in less than 30 days. Called the help line( someone answered at 5:30am on on sat !) and after 30 min of troubleshooting they determined we needed a new machine. They offered to send us a new one but will be going into Nespresso store today to get a different model
