Absolute Pass - not worth the headache

Absolute fail on my part not to read reviews before purchasing. This machine has not easily brewed a coffee capsule since day one. I get blinking red lights, solid orange or red lights. Things that should spin don’t always. I’m glad I bought it on sale but I don’t even have patience to spend more time troubleshooting. It refuses to connect to my phone via Bluetooth and it feels like help can’t happen since it’s not connected to the app. Will stick with my Original Line machine

Do not choose this machine

We have used Nespresso for years. We thought we would upgrade from our VertuoPlus machine to the VertuoNext to be able to explore all the coffee options that Nespresso offers. However, it is going way back in time. The VertuoNext machine is very manual, almost feels like you are forcing it to make you a coffee. You have to push down the lid with force while simultaneously turning the leaver to lock it. The whole machine moves on the counter trying to just close the lid. It is also louder than the VertuoPlus. And unfortunately the reason we purchased the VertuoNext for the range of coffee options, like the 12oz coffees, but spoiler alert, the VertuoNext machine is too short to fit a mug that can hold 12oz under the spout. We had to sit the machine on a cutting board to be able to fit our larger mugs underneath.
Overall, we have been using the VertuoNext for two months now and we are not impressed. Once our 12oz capsules are done will switch back to our older VertuoPlus machine. I do not recommend the machine to anyone new to Nespresso or existing customers.

Fast and delicious! Holy Grail of coffee machines

My brother in law and I have been on a quest for the best tasting coffee for a long time. We tried all different coffee beans, ground them fresh and used the French press process. We were pretty smug about reaching coffee nirvana with Starbucks Italian Roast ground coarsely, spring water heated to the perfect temp then poured over and left to sit for three minutes. Meanwhile we heated and frothed the milk to add at the end of this lengthy process. Then along came Nespresso! I first tried it at a family gathering. The coffee was DELICIOUS…better than my carefully prepared French press coffee! I bought my own machine and WOW! Less than a minute to fabulous coffee! Plus I no longer had to froth the milk! The coffee is already so frothy when it comes out! The intenso flavor is my favorite. My mornings are so much better without all that effort and the coffee is better!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible machine

Coffee maker is garbage only lasts a few years with minimal use. Gets a blinking red light. Tried descaling twice after the cleaning cycle the red light just blinks. The machine brews awesome tasting coffee however not worth replacing machine after a few years with only minimal use ( 4 cups a month max ) as only my wife used this . She is not a big coffee drinker. I use my keurig everyday and it lasted so far 6 years going strong.

Great machine, but can’t get coffee capsules

I have one of these at work and one at home. Both great products. But at this point I have to recommend you do NOT buy. Coffee selections are constantly sold out. I’ve been waiting almost a month now to get Melozio decaf capsules. And now the Solelio is also sold out. I can only think that Nespresso is over selling the machines without a corresponding increase in coffee production. Until Nespresso can increase coffee production I recommend DO NOT BUY any of their machines.

Terrible machines over and over

This is the 3rd machine I have bought, they all work fine for about 6 months and then have problems. I have done the trouble-shooting, bought de=scaling kits from you, it is ridiculous. I'm trying the Virtua Plus this time but honestly only doing it because i have a lot of pods here that I bought. When this one dies, I'm done with Nespresso machines.

I bought this machine about 2 years ago. Stopped working- won't turn on. I didn't use often, only when we had company. I checked on line remarks and found that this was a typical complaint. Now I am stuck with an expensive device that doesn't work...
