Messy,leaker

This is the second virtual Nespresso machine that I’ve owned. The first one worked wonderfully, and I took it to work. Not sure of the model name or number, but it had a double wing top that made it easy to lock down the cartridge. This model is very difficult to Puncture and to lock the top down prior to making coffee. The coffee as always is wonderful. The main issue, however, is that it is messy. Concentrated espresso drips down into the capsule container. Even though I run a clean cycle every three or four times I use it, It’s messy in the area where The capsule fits. After ejecting the cartridge and pushing the top down to have it rest in place, it pops up unless I lock it down. Very disappointed. I would probably buy another machine except there don’t appear to be any machines that are Currently available and a different model

Darn hard to ooen

It’s become almost impossible to open to load a pod. I’m the only one in the house strong enough to get it to open and even then it’s a major challenge. I’ve tried looking closely at the closing mechanism. Cleaned any residue or deposits and even sprayed a little silicone which helped for a short time. Love the coffee but not sure if I want to continue to deal with this.

Broke after a year

This is my second machine that Nespresso replaced because my first one broke. Unfortunately after a year of the second one, it broke again. With how expensive these machines are, they shouldn’t be breaking after a year or two of usage. I guess it time to go back to a Keurig

Like others here, mine broke after 1 year of light usage. Coffee leaks out of the bottom for no reason.

Not a good buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this Nespresso vertuo for a few weeks now and it wasn’t as I expected -yes it brewed decent coffee but the machine is hard to operate ( if you have problems with your hands) certainly not friendly user for elderly and disabled person AND IT MAKES A LOUD NOISE WHILE BREWING .

Greatest coffee machine! Brews smooth and delicious coffee! Very durable machine, and easy to descale! Worth the money for sure. You can order lots of nespresso pods right from their website!

Vertuo Next-when it worked it was great....but....

I love the way it brews the coffee, but after 2.5 years of use, it completely quit working and was hit or miss along the way in terms of it having issues and needing a reset.
