Electronic Lever won't open and no manual way to bypass

Machine is 1 year old and the lever which is one touch stopped working. Breville said it isn't under warranty. Unless you want to buy something to throw away in a year I'd avoid this model.

Great machine

I've been using this machine for a few months after replacing a previous Nespresso machine. This is a great product. My last machine was a little loud and this is much quieter. It also has a futuristic lid that lifts with a slight touch. We've nicknamed the machine R2 :) I highly recommend this machine if you want the best homemade coffee available which is Nespresso.

Parts break and there is no replacement option

the cup / drip tray broke after my third use. There are no replacement parts for this.

Just got it - I am not happy about this machine. For instance - tried it out today with stainless steel pods in 2 different sizes as I like my own coffee better. These pods do not hold as much coffee as the prefilled pods they are selling in different flavors.Also you need fine ground coffee to get the "creama". Store bought ground beans do not achieve that.Than in the middle of making a cup of coffee the machine stopped - no indicator why . after checking the machine it shows an empty water canister - no warning sign or sound - So overall I can Not recommend this machine
