[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had it for 2 weeks, but love it. Have done 2 loads so far but am amazed at how clean & sparkly the glassware comes out! It is very quiet & have to check to make sure I turned it on! There is so much more space with the cutlery basket on the door. I am loving the full handle rather than locks that are on other brands. Best part for me is the placement of the controls on the inside of the door...no chance of the grandkids accidentally turning it on!

Needs larger silverware basket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy installation. Very quiet operation and does a great job of cleaning. My only complaint, and it is pretty significant, is the silverware tray. It comes with tabs on the top to keep the flatware separated, but the holes are too small for larger flatware items. When the tabs are in place there is enough space for 60 items, but they have to be small enough to fit in the holes. Larger knives or tongs or anything with a larger handle will not fit. I removed the tabs after a couple of washes. When installed in the door mount position means that you have to wait to fill it up until the lower rack is full and retracted, or fill it up first. Not a huge deal, but ergonomically it's kind of a pain. As silverware tends to congregate at various places after meals, it is inconvenient to keep pushing the rack in and out as you load more flatware into the machine.
The door mount for the basket adds more room to the cleaning racks, but after futzing with the door mount I decided to re-mount the basket on the lower rack in the configuration that we have been using for years. I'd say if the basket was 20-25% bigger the dishwasher would get 5 stars easily.
