[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose Whirlpool on advice of appliance repairman and have been using it a couple of months now. Our previous washer of a different brand had great features and great cleaning power, but it broke after only a couple of years or so. I miss the power jets on the back of the washer, which this one doesn't have; it doesn't clean pots that well. It also doesn't dry very well, and the utensil basket on the door is ridiculous: it is hard to get the utensils in or out and it holds very little. I added the basket from our previous washer to this one. The fold-down feature is useful on top shelf, and I wish the bottom shelf also had it. Overall, it is okay, but could use some tweaking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher works great. Just wish the dry cycle worked better. Dishes are a little damp. But this is probably do to being energy efficient. (?)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1 hr wash is nice. Downfall is that you have to use a dry assist liquid to get dry. they come out very dry. My old whirlpool (20 yrs.) with plastic insides didn't need this and cleaned/dried just as good. Technology right.

Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I am pleased with the washer. I tried the in the door utensil holder but decided it was awkward for me to use. I put the holder into the tray and this works better for me. Also, pulling the dish tray out dripped water, etc. on the inside of the door and on to the utensils.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd Whirlpool Dishwasher I have purchased in 40 years. Love the quietness, don't know it is running. I really like the silverware basket in the door. This Dishwasher seems smaller than my old one- does not fit as many dishes, but that is fine, because I really need to turn it on more often. I got the black stainless and it matches my other appliances that are not Whirlpool. Love it!
