Utensil holder frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not like the utensil holder and it's features. You can put the holder in two spots. On the door, utensils get caught up in the basket. On the basket you can't slide the basket out with easy also hangs on cheap plastic arms.
When washing it makes a surging sound that I don't like. Everything else ok

Good cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a month ago and it does a good job cleaning. My only issue to date is the silverware holder. It is somewhat restrictive in how it is loaded when in the door and if moved to the bottom rack, larger items like cookie sheets will not fit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Black Stainless Dishwasher is nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a sharp looking dishwasher. I really like the appearance. It cleans very well except for my utensils. It does not always wash all the food off which is a little disappointing. Now I have to check them before putting them away which is why I only gave it 4 stars. Another issue is that it runs for a very long time, but I was told all new dishwashers are like that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Whirlpool replaced a 30 year old dishwasher. It looks great, so quiet you don't even know it is running. Love the black stainless and love the features. I can fit tons of dishes, bowls, pots and pans! The exterior is easy to clean. I liked the appliance so much I purchased the Whirlpool Smart Stove to match a few weeks later! Next will be the refrigerator.

Beautiful, but issues with functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get my new dishwasher! While it is beautiful, I have had issues with it actually getting my dishes clean. I am using the recommended Cascade pods and rinse, but am struggling with having to "wash" my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher.
