Mine lasted three days, rattling in peddling mechanism. Exerpeutic not answering their 800 customer support number, got an email response. Not impressed with product. Would not recommend.

Clicking noise

This product is decent for the price, but after about 10mins on this bike, it starts making a clicking noise and it progressively gets louder and louder that my family can hear it at the bottom floor. I spoke to bestbuy and they couldn't help and I contacted the manufacturer and they didnt respond.
The clicking noise Is so annoying!!! And it does not subside.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well engineered, excellent assembly instructions, all tools and hardware provided.
Folds easily and very move-able, comfortable seating, electronics works well.
Very suitable for small space and very adequate for my particular, relatively low level of exercise requirement
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect for a quick home work out.

So happy we bought this. We have a newborn and we are in the middle of a pandemic. Perfect for a quick workout at home when there is little time to spare. The bike is sturdy, super quiet and having the pulse monitor is a nice touch. The seat is a bit wide and a little uncomfortable but other than that it’s great.
I would recommend this to a friend!
