Ok for heart zone 2-3 but difficult to reach zone 4. Not enough resistance. Also uncomfortable seat and too short for 6'2+.

A combo unit gives a good upper and lower body workout. The seat may not work for people under 5'3" for the recumbent bike as they may not properly reach the pedals.

Purchased this rower/bike back in February, and it looked good at first glance, but the rower had a noticeable "clunk" on each pull. The handle on the rower was too short and my hands kept slipping off. The seat creaked and the electronic panel wasn't very good. I called stamina customer service but they were not helpful and slow to respond. Oh, and I forgot, it took 2-3 hours to assemble!

All seems to be ok but have not been able to get the pulse function to work ever since I got this thing and resistance does not seem to vary much...
