The Braun Multi Grooming Kit is AMAZING!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In one word, the The Braun Multi Grooming Kit is AMAZING! Now, I know what you're thinking; it really cannot be that amazing compared to the slew of other grooming kits out there, but you would be wrong. I have several different grooming kits from different brands and I just haven't found one that works well for me. When I first received the The Braun Multi Grooming Kit, I was skeptical to say the least. After unboxing the kit and inspecting all of the contents I was really surprised at the QUALITY of the trimmer and the attachments. As I said above, I have several other kits and they all just seem so cheap and low quality.
The unit came charged which was a pleasant surprise so I got right to work after exploring all of the different attachments. The difference in how the trimmer felt and performed was really top notch. Unlike other trimmers, it seamlessly trimmed my goatee to the same length. I then used it to shave both my neck and cheeks and it missed VERY LITTLE for me to have to go back over. Once I was done the clean up also surprisingly seemed far easier than I'm accustomed to. I just shook the unit and nearly all hair fell into the garbage can without having to disassemble the entire thing.
So.. The trimmer works great on my face, but what about a FULL haircut as it states it is capable of doing? Well, just a short few days later I asked my wife to put it to the test. At first she seemed very skeptical and urged me to just let her use our usual hair trimmer. After explaining how well it worked and promising I wouldn't be upset if it "looked like my head went through a lawnmower" she reluctantly agreed. She went to work cutting my hair and every few minutes I would hear an "Ohh" or an "Aww"--I could tell she was surprised by the trimmer as well! When all was said and done she used the trimmer to completely cut my hair including side burns, hairline, etc. and it all turned out great!
I HIGHLY recommend this Braun grooming kit to anyone who is looking for a QUALITY and AFFORDABLE all around grooming set. The set truly does it all with very little effort and even less bloodshed. I will happily be discarding my assortment of other grooming sets I have acquired over the years and strictly be using my Braun Multi Grooming Kit going forward!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this grooming kit for two weeks and it was great every time. It has many attachments which is the best part. It gives you a smooth and clean look. You might have to play with it a first and try all the attachments to find the best one, each attachment is different and styles your face differently. I really loved this product and I would totally buy it for myself again or for someone for a great present.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a beard and usually have an issue with not having enough attachments to get the length that i like but this trimmer has more than enough attachments to allow you to get the exact length that you want and the blades are very sharp for a good trim.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Conclusion first, I really love this product: it's convenient and easy to use. It's so well designed and I feel very comfortable to use.
I used to shave myself with a Philipps electric shaver or Gillette manual razor. I also own a several in one hair cutting kit. Before getting this Braun Multi Grooming Kit MGK3060 I have to managed all these tools and they're always messed up. While this grooming Kit surely make my life easier and provide me a more friendly environment at home.
I first tried the precision trimming and stubble look. I do not have a heavy beard, so I would prefer to leave a very thin beard on my face. Both accessaries are easy to use and clean. I tried both and I'm satisfied with what I got. Personally I like the following better, since my Phillips can not fix my beard like that.
Another function I enjoy is nose trimming. I have long nose hair for a long time. I tried MGK3060's ear/nose trimming head and it's a good alternative to Panasonic ER-GN30-K trimming kit.
This is a really great product could solve most of the hair problems within one kit. I will definitely recommend it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the Braun Multi Grooming Kit is advertised primarily for the face and head, this review will focus on the body grooming capability of the device.
The trimmer handle is made of sturdy plastic that is mostly a matte finish. While the overall design of the handle is sleek and masculine, it can be slippery to use if not held firmly. The weight of the trimmer handle is approximately one-half the weight of a professional barber's clippers which means less fatigue with longer use.
The standard trimmer attachment is extremely sharp. When combined with the 1 or 2 mm guard combs, it makes an excellent body grooming device. However, caution is strongly recommended when grooming sensitive and high contour areas of the body. The blade sharpness is quite unforgiving for the careless.
The 3-11 mm and the 13-21 mm guard combs are adjusted by firmly pressing the gray button tab and sliding upward or downward to the desired setting. While convenient, this feature appears to be the least durable part of the entire kit and only time will tell how long these guard combs last. Moreover, the reviewer is unconvinced of hair clipping capability of the Braun MGK3060 as the plastic attachments have slight flex when pressed against the skin. (Note: the flex increases as the guard combs are adjusted for longer hair lengths.)
The precision and the nose trimmer attachments have undergone extensive use (every other day), and the reviewer can attest to their excellence in keeping the face free of stray hairs and maintaining clean contours (see image).
The icing on the cake is the Gillette Fusion ProGlide cartridge razor, which is highly regarded by many people including the reviewer. Personally, the reviewer uses an electric rotary device for daily shaving and a double edge safety razor on the weekends (when time permits for the full shaving experience). However, the Gillette Fusion is the undisputed king of cartridge razors and provides the smoothest and quickest shaves in its class.
Overall, the Braun MGK3060 is an excellent grooming tool that has much utility for keeping facial hair and contours neat/clean between visits to the barber. With caution, it can also be used for body grooming providing excellent results. Its one limitation is the hair clipping function which seems more like an afterthought.

Awesome Trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been through my fair share of trimmers over the years as I haven't been clean shaven in nearly eight years now. Every trimmer I've used prior to the Braun Multi Grooming Kit ends up pinching me or pulling at hairs at some point in the trimming process. The Braun hasn't done that to me after the handful of uses I've put it through. It might take a while to dial in the exact setup that you need since it comes with so many attachments and adjustments for each attachment, but that's worth it to me. It allows me to get a consistent trim, at the length I want, comfortably. That's something no other trimmer has been able to provide me with.
This is hands down the best beard trimmer I have used over the past years and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beard trimmer.

A close shave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great system as long as you haven't grown out your beard too much. The first time i used it right after no shave november it had a hard time cutting through my beard. However once all the long hair was chopped away it did a great job of trimming and making it look crisp and well groomed. Everytime since i havent let my beard grow too long so its been a breeze with the adjusable razor heads to get the perfect look and i havr only had to charge it once since i recieved it and about 5 beard trimmings. I would reccomend this if you just need to maintain a nice well groomed look.
