The SelectTech 552's are a great set of dumbbells for the home gym! Compact and sturdy. Nice not to have 10-15 different sets laying around. Still taking me a bit to get used to the dial-a-weight. I've accidentally put 20 on one end and 25 on the other. It allowed me to take out of the cradle, but then I couldn't get back in. Had to learn how to remove all the weights from the handle and put manually back into cradle to reassemble. Need to pay more attention to that. Help me with the #sweepstakes !!!

Love being able to have these weights at home to do a number of strength-training exercises without having to go to the gym. The ability to adjust the weights allows me to have 2 dumbbells rather than having to buy multiple ones. This allows me to have access without sacrificing space. They are a bit bulky for some exercises but nothing that can't be fixed without small adjustments. I love these!
