These are amazing and great for a smaller home gym which allows you to not have a lot of dumbells taking up space. Best purchase ever for my home gym along with bowflex kettle bells
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Quiet, Strengthens
Not like free weights, too difficult to do certain moves

Unfortunately, I can't do a lot of workouts (arnold presses, front raises, etc.) with these because they're just too bulky and the weights hit each other. You can't lift with good form. Free weights give you much better control and are so much easier to use than these.
Cons: Hard To Set Up, Hard To Use, Heavy / Bulky, Uncomfortable
This really cleaned up my messy home gym of random weights. I now can move up a little bit at a time and feel safer increasing weight. My only con to add is that I now have to wear gloves because this is not as comfortable at my former neoprene covered dumbbells.
I purchased these to replace a multiple dumbbells my wife was using. I ended up using them more often because of the ease in dialing the correct amount of weight for whatever strength training I was doing for different parts of the body. These are great with the addition of the Bowflex stand and sits neatly in a corner of my room. Excellent design and highly recommended to anyone looking to add a set of dumbbells WITHOUT all the space wasted on a traditional set with rack.
