Buying the product was easy. The sales rep was very nice & informative. Got it during a great sale, too. The dumbbells were packaged securely, including a strap to ensure the weights didn't come out of the base (it's also reusable). Because the weight goes up to 52.5, it is a little bulky to hold. Other than that it's a convenient way to have a wide range of weights in one set of dumbbells. There's only one thing I'd like to mention: one of the dials is a little hard to turn. I hope it doesn't jam up completely, but for now it still works as expected.
