Got the wake up call from the doctor and set about course correcting before my health took a turn for the worst. I already own a barbell, some bumper plates and a 3-8 neoprene dumbbell set. The problem? Just thinking about switching out plates for each setup makes not want to workout. The neoprene set is not challenging. I remembered that I had a Carecredit card and decided to give the 552 dumbbells a go. I love them. The big kid in me loves turning the dials and testing limits. The harried 9-5 worker in me loves the safe saving aspect and the ability to just do a quick workout. I simply run an app like JRNY, which comes with the dumbbells as a free 1-year trial, and knickknacks a workout. My only regret is not springing for the 1089 model. The free shipping promotion at the time for the 552 model decided the matter. Still, the purchase is worthwhile. It'll be sometime before I'll progress beyond 52 lbs.

Dumbells are so easy to use. I love just turning the knob and instantly get another dumbell. Complete space saver and fun to use. Only complaint is that it's bulky and awkward at the lower settings but not a major complaint. I also got the stand which I'm very pleased. Don't need to bend down and ruin my back.

I have been wanting these forever. I finally bit the bullet and got them. I had a gc from a co-worker and so I decided to get them. I have my whole in home gym mostly bowflex and love the products have not had any complaints yet. I was sick of paying for a membership at the gym which was rarely ever getting used and I always find time to be able to do stuff at home. I am restricted on myself to workout everyday and these are a great way to incorporate into my at home workouts without having to rush to a gym.
