Dumbells are so easy to use. I love just turning the knob and instantly get another dumbell. Complete space saver and fun to use. Only complaint is that it's bulky and awkward at the lower settings but not a major complaint. I also got the stand which I'm very pleased. Don't need to bend down and ruin my back.

I have been wanting these forever. I finally bit the bullet and got them. I had a gc from a co-worker and so I decided to get them. I have my whole in home gym mostly bowflex and love the products have not had any complaints yet. I was sick of paying for a membership at the gym which was rarely ever getting used and I always find time to be able to do stuff at home.
