I work out twice a day and I'm limited to a small space in my home. I love that I can easily switch the weight through the dials on each end. It save space and allows versatility with many different workouts. I would like to purchase the stand for these next!
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Quiet, Strengthens
The adjustable dumbbells are the perfect solution for me. The save space over individual dumbbells, adjust easily, and work great. I owned a pair of these dumbbells for many years, but a cross-country move prompted me to sell them along with my other free weights. I found I couldn't get by without them, so I bought a new pair., Assembly of the stand is a little fiddly, and I would prefer a slightly taller stand, but all in all, and excellent bit of kit!
Pros: Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Use, Strengthens
#sweepstakes We wanted to get a weight set that didn't take up a lot of room, but had weights up to 50-60 lbs (this goes to 52.5). This does the trick! We Love having these dumbbells and are now back into our fitness routine and now getting stronger every day!
Pros: Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Strengthens
Got the wake up call from the doctor and set about course correcting before my health took a turn for the worst. I already own a barbell, some bumper plates and a 3-8 neoprene dumbbell set. The problem? Just thinking about switching out plates for each setup makes not want to workout. The neoprene set is not challenging. I remembered that I had a Carecredit card and decided to give the 552 dumbbells a go. I love them. The big kid in me loves turning the dials and testing limits. The harried 9-5 worker in me loves the safe saving aspect and the ability to just do a quick workout. I simply run an app like JRNY, which comes with the dumbbells as a free 1-year trial, and knickknacks a workout. My only regret is not springing for the 1089 model. The free shipping promotion at the time for the 552 model decided the matter. Still, the purchase is worthwhile. It'll be sometime before I'll progress beyond 52 lbs.
