Very smooth function, even easier to use than weights at the gym. The dumbbells are a little bulky compared to the usual, but not a deal-breaker. Looks good and take up little space.

I had a set of rubber dumbell placed in a rack that took a lot of space. In addition it was not the weight level that I am in. I had to buy more dumbells, 30 + 35 + 40+45 pluss pluss. With bowflex that is all gone, and it does use 90 % less space. What I was most impressed of was the design and seldom combo of sturdiness but at the same time astonishing easy to switch between different weight levels. I would recommend Bowflex to whomever that is planning on buying dumbbells.

It was in a sense a gift. My wife got me adjustable dumbbells from RITFIT for christmas. Approx 2 weeks later a weight kept falling out of 1 of the dumbbells. I returned them. Did some research and Bowflex appeared to be well liked and durable. Time will tell how durable they are....its only been a couple weeks. I did buy the 3 yr warranty just in case....but wow.....these are not cheap and I actually like to have additional weight past the 52.5 lbs

Product is great for someone looking to save space while getting a great deal on weights. While it it easy to use and switch between the weights, the grip is a bit large and the weights themselves are bulky. When doing curls, the weights hit my pecs before I have a full iso hold in place. For some overhead press variations I find myself worrying about hitting my head. With a few adjustments it works and definitely would buy again if the need came up. #sweepstakes

They work and are quality-made. The only drawback for me was how long they are especially with lower weights. I would hit them together a lot and my wife would even more as she is smaller which made them not usable for me.
