#sweepstakes These weights are the best! I used to have a set and my son recently moved out of the house. I gave these to him to use - he is a police officer and loves them. The older I am getting, I figured he could use them more than I could. I bought some resistance bands to try and stay in shape, but they just don't compare to these weights, so I went out and bought me another set! I just wish the heavier set of dumbbells were less expensive. Then I might just cancel my membership altogether.

I am 42 and have severe arthritis. Ive had 25 surgeries too date covering many joints and vertebrae of my body. Working out is near impossible as it puts me in bed for days. But I discovered the bowflex 552's and my wife got them as a gift for me. With the select weight I can switch quickly between weights and not have to spend a fortune or buy a million different weights. I can work out with my son and he hands me the lighter weight to help me build muscle back up and he can use the heavier weights and we use the same dumbells it's awesome.
