For my son . Bench leg extension is sometimes in the way . It should be removable . The red latch to hold the bench down during storage does not work . Flimsy coil spring .

From the moment I saw and tried out a set of these dumbbells I thought they were brilliant. Bowflex has eliminated the need for multiple fixed weight dumbbells and the need to switch out weights on the bars like in "the old days". Changing weight level is as simple as twisting some dials. No more figuring out which weights to put on in order to reach the total weight needed.
