This was the best dumbbell gift to myself and media stand and trust me i been training since age 13 I'm 66 now I was a bodybuilder model businessmen so feeling healthy and looking healthy was big for myself havibg quality equipment I've always nailed it ty bowflex engineers I'm thinking of treadmill next we'll see.Ciao for now

I use these dumbbells almost daily. The dials are easy to read and the tactile feel of when they are locked in is good. I do find that you have to pay attention when putting them back with the other weights, and I question the long-term durability of the mechanism as they get hit repeatedly going back into the other weights.
