I use my dumbbells after work, before dinner. 5 days a week, different body parts each day, usually about 10 tp 15reps per set. I like that the weight can be changed so easily, no down time, also working out at home saves my travel time each day to a gym. In today's world saving time is a big plus. I don't see a down side in my purchase, i would recommend to anyone considering a purchase.

It's Easy to switch weights as designed and it works flawlessly. The only issue I've had is that a few times I couldn't put the dumbbell back into place because one of the attachment weights was misaligned or moved to the wrong spot probably when I removed the dumbbell.
