I am completely amazed at how well this product is built. As a physical therapist, I encourage weight training-especially for older adults. Being able to have adjustable dumbbells is a blessing. Being able to graduate from lighter to heavier when needed is so simple and fast! I highly recommend this product to anyone of any age. Home workouts have improved very quickly.
