These are great for the home set up. They are as advertised with zero disappointment. Got them with the bench for the dog days when a gym visit isn't possible. On holidays you can get the media center / dumbbell holder thrown into a package deal (if you have the room).

I've been training for a long time and kept having to borrow heavier weights from friends since stores didn't have them in stock. When stores go at had them, I realized getting the bowflex select tech was a much better route. The cost was higher up front, but overall, so much less expensive than getting a pair of dumbbells in each weight!
