I use my 552 dumbbells every day, they are practical and perfect for the amount of time I can effectively dedicate to working out without infringing upon other responsibilities. Less trips to the gym with the same over all outcome for the week as if I had gone daily. I've been training for a long time and kept having to borrow heavier weights from friends since stores didn't have them in stock. When stores go at had them, I realized getting the bowflex select tech was a much better route. The cost was higher up front, but overall, so much less expensive than getting a pair of dumbbells in each weight!
