These work so great for our whole family. Being able to have a range of weights contained in one set is a space-saver. Using the lower weights on this make them a bit bulky (the weight is very long in order to have space for adding the heavier weights.) If you're transitioning through different weights quickly (like in Beachbody's LIFT program) these will slow you down a bit because you've got to put them back in the rack and spin the dials to lock in the next weight size. Overall, these are great weights - very sturdy, takes up very small amount of space, easy to use and effective. #sweepstakes
