Very elegant and streamlined and made of sturdy materials. It was so simple to use that I didn't need to read the details on how to use it. So far I am only using it for arms and shoulder training but the catalog has many more exercises for training other muscle groups. I think that sooner rather than later I will check them out to add variety to my routine.
