The products that BOWFLEX provides are always simple to assemble and use. I got mine set up in 5 minutes and was able to get my workouts started on the high quality free one year membership app JRNY that they provided me with for just buying a magnificent product of theirs. The only downside of this product is that there isn't a downside. I can't imagine using any another brand.

Setting up was super easy and quick. Literally just pulled it out of the box and it's done. Fits in our living room just fine and is hardly noticeable. Able to hide them behind a chair or under a table. Very easy to switch between weights and comfortable to hold. A bit bulky feeling when you're first getting started compared to other weights. They're wider, that's all. But once you get used to the size of them you don't notice it at all.
