I purchased dumbbells over quarantine last year where you had to change the weights manually and screw onto the end to keep them on and they were very annoying after a while. When you're trying to workout and lift it becomes apparent after awhile how much time that adds to a workout. These however make it SO easy. You can switch your weight so quick an easily, AND even adjust/add different weight on one end of each dumbbell changing how it works the muscle. To have an entire range up to 52lbs in the space of one dumbbell alone is worth it. 10/10 would recommend, worth every penny and you won't regret it! #sweepstakes
