My niece has a set and she is an avid work out gal and she loves the bowflex for her workouts. I received mine and now know why she loves them. We work out at home, so these are perfect! They are so easy to use, the weight distributed very well -- not hard on the wrists. I would love to own the 100# ones but just can't afford that yet.
