My wife and I decided to set up a home gym. I opted for the 552 adjustable weight. They were better than I expected. They have super comfortable grips and simple to adjust. I have no trouble with the slightly awkward length. I purchased the storage rack which makes use long them so much more convenient to use. The best part no more going to the gym. I can do a quick 30 minute workout, or spend as much time as I want with no waiting and no distractions. I would definitely buy again.

I love the set. I thought about buying some dumbbells until I came across Bowflex. I didn't want a rack with weights only up to 20-30 lbs. This is convenient and doesn't take up any room at all I'm 64 and don't need a ton of weight so this really works great for muscle gain.
