I would buy a set such as 1090s when I outgrow the 552s.

I use them almost daily for my strength training. I love them, easy to use. Only complaint, they are long and bulky. But that slight con is worth it given all the amazing positives. Gave my last set to my sister and got these new ones. They are awesome.

I mainly use this for strength training, but if you use the lower weight this can be use for performance training too. Even endurance exercises can be done with the lower weight.

Overall great, but one good improvements would be to make it so you can adjust weights easier/faster. Having to turn 2 dials per dumbbell is slow when trying to do a HIIT workout.
