I use the dumbbells, kettle ball, adjustable bench and weight media stand. I love the weights as they are adjustable and don't take up as much space as traditional weight sets. They are easy to use, I just thought it would be a little more simple if each dumbbell just had one dial. I understand the reason for both. Just my thoughts. I do enjoy them though, they were the best option for me and my setup
