I love the adjustability. Easy in and out of the cradle. Easy to select weight. A little bulky compared to regular dumbbells. Taking a little to get used to the length on some exercises. I have the dumbbell stand which helps keep a small footprint and makes it easy to select and use the weights

My only gripe was on initial setup ... one of the dumbbells was difficult to move the dial. I had to replace the dumbbell two times in the tray and finally the weights repositioned which freed up the dial to move easily. No issues after that. Great product. #sweepstakes
