I love how much space i save with these dumbbells rather than having a big rack of multiple sets. they are easy to use and adjust the weight. they're a little bulkier than regular dumbbells but the other features outweigh this one con. #sweepstakes

This is my second round. I initially bought the SelectTech MANY years ago. They finally got to a point where I needed a replacement. But this is literally with almost daily use. I can't understand why anybody would every buy any other type of weight system. This is the BEST.

These are awesome! They take up very little room. I bought them so I didn't have to have a rack of Dumbells in the spare bedroom I use for my home gym. I also bought the rack to store them on. I wish it came with an adjustable bench hooked to it so you could have a seat for curls and a bench for back,chest, triceps etc. Just to mix it up with my Bowflex Home gym I have as well.
