Overall I really like the adjustability of these dumbbells. I think they could be a single adjustment rather than each side having to be adjusted individually. Not a bit deal. I think they will last, but only time will tell!

This is not for the gym rat. This is for the 40+ yr old that wants to get and keep their 30 yr old body with limited time and space. It's a very impressive set with limited space. It's easy to use and not overly clumsy. I purchased the 52 set, the rack, and bench.
