Gave up gym membership at start of Covid. Have been using TRX, bands and light dumb bells. Was concerned about not doing enough weights and finally pulled the trigger on the Bowflex dumb bells. My wife and I love them and the Bowflex bench we bought at the same time. Very effective for weight training, love the utility of being able to adjust the weights to so many settings and love the quality!

Better max wright options than other competitors Smooth pickup from the weight holder Easy to change weights - after sorting out opposite settings at opposite ends Painful to put back on weight holder. Has to be looking carefully at weight holder as not smooth to put back - eg the top parts of the remaining weights on holder could shift while putting back the holder + attached weights Not as easy to swap hands compared to fixed weights
