I can never find time to go to the gym, but with these Bowflex 552s I can get in a good workout any time of day or night! I love that they don't take up any space in my room and that they are both adjustable and QUIET! That way, I don't wake up or disturb my wife when I'm "pumping iron"! And she loves them, too!
