I'm really impressed with how easy the weights are to switch. I've only had a few hiccups where the weights would not pull out properly, but it was most likely due to my being fatigued and possibly pulling at an angle. My only con, which is probably unavoidable, is that these are pretty long. This is fine for when going heavy with singular, burst motions, but can be troublesome when going light and performing a wider range of movements.

I use my Bowflex Dumbbells every day. During the Covid lockdown I was not able to get the workouts I liked as the gyms were closed. I am ready should that happen again. The select function allows me to use the weight I can handle with good form, giving me room to grow and add more weight as my strength increases. I also do not have to have a bunch of different sized weights to have laying around.
