These were recommended by my trainer. I mentioned that they are bulky but that's because I'm 5'1" and 105 lbs. Other than that, they are fantastic, easy to assemble and switch out for different weight and take up little space in my home gym area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

These weights are very straightforward. Changing the weights is as complicated as changing the water temperature setting in the shower. I wanted to get some dumbbells and these provide the same ergonomic benefits without having to buy a complete set that takes up an entire wall.

I bought a pair of 552 dumbbells and the stand to go with them. I use the dumbbells every day. They take up much less space that having individual sets for each weight. They are easy to use. My only complaint is the strap the holds the dumbell base onto the stand. The strap even, pulled to the side as far out of the way as possible is still annoying. The stand should be able to mount the dumbbell bases with bolts not a strap with a buckle. #sweepstakes
