I love my Bowflex equipment. I have the 552 dumbbells, Xtreme SE Home Gym 2, and a Bowflex bike. The dumbbells are amazing. They're a huge space saver, extremely easy to use and very sleek and sporty looking for any room in the house. My extreme home gym is phenomenal. I feel the burn within minutes, it is great for toning, chiseling, strength training, overall general fitness workouts. I have never felt the burn and the workout from any gym equipment like I have with my Bowflex. Before Bowflex, I was 6'4" @ 200 lbs, 38" chest, 30" waist, 16" biceps to after Bowflex 6'4" @ 280 lbs, 52" chest, 38" waist, 19" biceps and 20" neck in about a years time. Bowflex seems a little pricey in my opinion at first glance, but I know the value behind it because I've experienced firsthand the results Bowflex equipment gives. The value is up to the customer, and I know bowflex works better than any equipment I've ever used which allows me to trust Bowflex and only Bowflex for my workout equipment. I will never sign up for another gym because I have my own equipment at home. Bowflex equipment is strong, sturdy, durable and it lasts. Bowflex is well worth the money, time and the benefits it will give to your life and to your health!

I love that I don't have to worry about storing multilevel sizes of dumbbells now! Having all the sizes/weights I need in one package is ideal. It is easy to adjust the weight in between sets or exercises and I'm not tripping over additional dumbbells while doing so!
