I've had the Selectech 552 dumbbells for just over one week, and so far so good. I've had other brands of adjustable dumbbells in the past, and over time, screws fall out and the weights fall out, often while lifting. So far, I have had no such problems with the Bowflex dumbbells. They appear to be much sturdier and better build than the other (cheaper) brands. Time will tell whether they hold up to use 4 to 5 times each week.

I find that I use these dumbbells far more often than I thought I would. It's so easy to dial up or down the weight and there are literally dozens and dozens of different ways these can be used. and many different exercises can be replicated. Most people don't have the space or resources to have an entire set of dumbbells in their home. With this set, now you do.
