So glad I bit the bullet and decided to spend the money to purchase these. They were shipped quickly and in great packaging. Set up and use is very easy and they eliminate multiple sets of dumbbells. Obviously, they are much larger than regular dumbbells so some exercises need to be modified a bit. I've only had them for a couple weeks but so far so good! Highly recommend. #sweepstakes

I think these dumbbells are great for working out at home, especially where space is limited. My only dislike is the size of the dumbbells. For instance, when performing something like an upright row, where you would want to raise the dumbbells at a shoulder-width distance, they're a little too wide to properly do so. If holding the dumbbells in front of you with one end butting up to the end of the other dumbbell, you're at a wider than shoulder width grip, which could impact safety.
