I've used a few different adjustable dumbbells at the gym, and the Bowflex 552 series both feel the best and are the easiest to manipulate. I've been using them at home with on-demand video workouts for basic strength training, and the ability to adjust the weight quickly mid-exercise is great, plus I feel like they are making me work as appropriate. So far, these have been working well for my husband and I! We have a small house, so space is a hot commodity. These take up way less space than individual dumbbells, and were cheaper in the long run! They are easy to change weights. The only con we have is they are pretty bulky for some moves and we feel like we have to be gentle with them. #sweepstakes
