I love these dumbbells truly. You can dial in multiple weights effortlessly. Due to covid I won't be going back to the gym. I plan on getting the Bench next, then the Mat and Dumbbell Stand. With the bench and dumbbells you can hit all muscle groups. After that an indoor exercise bike got Cardio and I'll be all set. Bob F.

These dumbbells are great. I've had them for a few months now and they work for my home workouts/strength training/HIIT workouts. They are a bit bulky but how could they not be with the weight they go up to? I love these dumbbells and honestly they take up less space then having a ton of dumbbells everywhere.
