Overall I have been pleased with the Dumbbells. They seem fairly accurate with the amount of weight selected and provide a nice range of weight options. I have been using them for 3 weeks about 4 to 5 days per week. They are a little tricky to get used to when making fast weight adjustments during a quick series of reps. But after getting used to them, they work well.

The price is amazing for the amount of weight you are receiving however, I will need to supplement with free weights for a lot of arm exercises. The weights are really long and are difficult to use for some arm exercises or compound moves. This set is wonderful for lower body and some arm exercises.
