My only concern with this select-a-weight dumbbell set was whether the weights would feel secure during use. The weights move around a little bit on the bar (else they would be very tricky to change weight settings) but the overall feeling is secure and solid.

The dumbbells are good, but the weight plates are a little flimsy and move about when in use. If bowflex can fix that, this would be a 10/10 product.

I only have two complaints about these dumbbells. The first is that the grip is thicker in the center and tapers down closer to the weight plates. I would prefer if they were a uniform thickness. The other complaint revolves around the media stand that I also purchased with the dumb belles. The snaps on the nylon straps designed to hold the dumbbells on the stand pulled out the first time I tried to unsnap them. Now I have to find another way to secure the dumbbells to the media stand.
