#SWEEPSTAKES I am just now getting back into the fitness game... I started out wth the Bowflex Max, the Bowflex tilt bike and now the weights. These babies simplify doing dumb bells and give you lots of space in your gym. My only bad review is on the journey app for the weights just does not seem to have a lot of strength training work outs for them yet. Also, they are a tiny but awkward for lifting because they are so long but once you get used to it works nicely.

I've really used enjoying these adjustable dumbbells for workouts from the SelectTech app and Jrny app as well as my iFit app. These weights are easy to use and quick to adjust and have been really good for what I bought them for. One thing that would help is if it was easier to mount them to the Bowflex Weight Stand with Media Shelf with nuts & bolts vs a strap that is a bit awkward. Otherwise, I love them!
