Bought product for general fitness. Love the idea that you can drop set and upset real quickly. I have wanted a set for a LONG time and I am glad I finally got them and they are well worth it! If I did have an issue with something, it would be the overall length of the dumbbell. Not a game changer, but it may be a hinderance to some. I would recommend 100%
