When at the top few selections for weight and u pull the dumbbell up the leftover weights sometimes catch and pull with it and fall out. The dumbbell itself is really long and not as easy to use as a normal dumbbell, but it does what was advertised and u can use this for lots of moves due to adjusting the weight

Cons: Hard To Use, Heavy / Bulky, Uncomfortable

These are good adjustable barbells. Less bulky than others I have used, and so far, the weight selection is easy and the controls don't stick. Very minor criticisms are they come packed in a lot of Styrofoam, which leave little beads statically stuck to the weight cradle, but it vacuums off easily. Would have preferred recyclable packaging. The little safety strap to keep them in the cradle is tricky to undo, but only needs doing once, so again, not a big deal. Overall, these are as-advertised.

Everything is perfect except that I do think these dumbbells were designed for men. as a 5'4 female, the curved handle is too wide for me to close my grip and the weights are really long that I don't use them for certain exercises. Overall, no regrets on purchase as it saves space and gives me the range of weights I need. #sweepstakes
