I've used Bowflex adjustable dumbbells before and this version is definitely an improvement. Dumbbells are sturdy and easy to adjust. I also like the ability to make small incremental weight adjustments which these dumbbells allow. They do feel bulky but do not limit the movements you can do with them. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to outfit and at home gym.

This is best solution to free dumbbell weights ranging from 5-50 pounds. It is very easy to use and easy to store as opposed to normal dumbbells which are a pain to store away. Not only that but the value for this product compared to the competition and even regular dumbbells is unbeatable. Would purchase again

This product is good if you're not trying to spend and exorbitant amount on a dumbbell rack. It's also good if you're just starting to get into fitness, and want to find an economical way to increase your weights without too much costs. The biggest downside for me is that they're bulky. I can't do some of my exercises the same way because the dumbbells are simply too big. But I understand that, because otherwise you wouldn't be able to adjust them. Just saying, it's made some of my other workouts slightly awkward

Purchased myself these weights to avoid germs at the gym. They do a tremendous job for many different workouts and the 52.5lbs although could be heavier make for a great work out. My arms and chest have grown even since Christmas! I highly recommend

These are the most convenient dumbbells to own. They feel great while using them for nearly any exercise. It's easy to change to different weights and they take up minimal space when storing. I bought a set for my son after he started to use mine. I've had my set for 10 years and they have held up to nearly constant use. So two minor things here, one is the size of the weights wish they were more compact so they would be easier to use, the second thing is they should include the base with it for that price point. Like I get it's not cheap but you realize quickly how much you need the base support for this, hate when companies do add ons and stuff like that like just let us get it all at once. other than that it's extremely useful. #sweepstakes
